Wait, this one's even better.

Kenji195 responds:

Heeeey, hellooo! >XD
Tbh with you... to me this is the worst of the 3, actually it's the laziest one; but I'm still glad you liked them
Fancy Pants may be a simple designed character, but it became a HUGE part of my life... somehow XD
(People reading this respond, in case you somehow don't know who he is, he's the creator of Fancy Pants :P)

Classy

Funny gags, gorgeous artwork. I demand more of these shorts!

The-Swain responds:

WHO R U, DID U MADE THE SASSY PANTS AVENTURES??11

where am I???

Ah I get a mention, but I wasn't in the movie :(

Though I don't remember that particular kid... probably a good thing...

Kart-Man responds:

Well, I WAS going to put a scene with you in it (involving a urinal and "fancy pants"), but after much thought, I decided against it, deeming it kinda inappropriate as I'm making fun of someone in real life. Apologies. :/

Fancy Pants still rocks though. :)

Well, it's better than the first part...

Well, perhaps its the style that you're going for, but that's really what's holding you down. For an internet cartoon (no, it's definitely not Flash), it looks like a high budget imitation of that extremely low budget early 90s anime style. But 8 megs for a few minutes of hardly any motion? Honestly, the only thing I saw that couldn't have been done in flash was the dude's hood, and even that might have been achieved with some clever shape-tweening. I will agree with you on Adobe's lack of support for the artists and designers, but ultra quality, high res Flash video?, and you could have easily used a mix of video, pre-rendered backgrounds, and a few frames of mouth (though, come on, move their jaws when they talk!). I really just don't get what you're going for. Why make something so short and polished, yet keep all the flaws of the low budget style you're trying to imitate? And the voice acting was far too cliché/cheesy, too. Okay, this is getting way too long, so I'm just gonna say, you're obviously a great artist, those backgrounds are amazing, but I just absolutely HATE seeing talent being wasted on a throughly worn out, low-budget style.

touched responds:

I think you're mistaken. Nothing's holding me down -- I'm achieving exactly what I aim to achieve. And "hardly any motion"? Are you serious? Sorry, but I'm going to keep on doing things however works best for me.

Wow, man!

I never expected to see something like this on Newgrounds. It was absolutely refreshing. Keep it up. Oh, and you could probably use a new mic, the narration was done wonderfully, but the sound quality was a little low.

PapaQ responds:

Thanks again. I actually got the voice professionally recorded to create a dvd, but I reduced the quality for the dial up internet version (This one) I could stick up a better sound version if I get a chance. But thanks for your rating and good comments.

Incredibly smooth

Must have taken you a great deal of time. Smooth and entertaining, those water effects were particularly cool looking.

MackProductions responds:

glad to hear that from you, DrNero. thank you

Finally!

I'm a long time fan of the series, and I really gotta hand it to ya, your style has evolved so well over the series, I really noticed it when I went back and watched a few of the earlier episodes.

As for the anatomy, especially compared to the eariler episodes, I'm really impressed. Despite the simplicity of the models, there's plenty of times when they animate incredibly realistically (Satan staggering to his feet really stood out), and just seem to look 'right.'

As always, great voicing, humor, the usual. I'll be looking forward to the final episode.

Gobolatula responds:

Finally, indeed! Thanks a lot for watching this series, man. It feels really good when people point out style shit that's changed from episode to episode.

I'll try my damn hardest to make Episode 8 a killer ending. But fist I need beer.

Good for what it was.

Solid animations, awesome art style.

SketchMichaels responds:

Rock. Much obliged, my good man. :)

I <3 Metroid

This was really great, but dammit man, didn't you get the memo??? Metroids are not to be used for target practice!!!

LesserRaven responds:

Yes, that pirate data was hilarious. XD

"Metroids are not pets. Metroids are not for target practice. And unauthorized feeding of Metroids is still strictly prohibited."

That poor game...

Maybe the next big actionscript project should be Duke Nukem Forever. Sure, I can do that...

As always, great animation, great lipsyncing, fun humor.

TmsT responds:

You do that, and I'll be sure to give you a 5/5 for it (unless it blows)!

I've given up keeping this update to date, just check my latest games!
