err...
is it really that hard for ya'll guys to smoothly animate?
Jeez ya'll SM people are giving us claymators a bad name!
I know, I know, Knox is a SM, he's funny as hell, but his animation still isn't all that great...
First of all SM has been gone for like 3 months now. And another I've seen your claymations there smooth, and its not hard to make them smooth. And I think claymations are better with a story then just a plain movie.
I like!
You have very impressive sprite and hand-drawn skills!
not bad
but I would have liked it more if it were just a tad bit less like the SNL skits
Grrr
stupid clocks...only thing funny I've ever seen by MP is the holy grail, everything else, especially this, just isn't funny
how did this score so high? oh yeah, nvm, it's a clock movie...
You obviously don't have the right sense of humour for Monty Python , if you have even seen the flying circus at all.
simply brilliant!
I like this one even better than the last! Amazing visuals with the sweep of the base, the equipment looked nothing short of stunning...and...the...creature....I was all like hmm who's the creature then I was all hahahahahhahahaha yeah, great film!!! I want more!!!
A difficult one to review...
I had high hopes for this movie...mostly that the animation would be better than the preview...speaking as a fellow non-vector artist, you have the atmosphere and camera angles to a tee But I must agree with an earlier reveiwer that your animation is a bit lacking. Of course, it's still better than most pure flash animations, and reminds me a lot of the sprite style...but...being the anal claymator that I've turned into, I guess I tend to expect more as far as motion goes...Still, this flash is top notch, and I can't wait for the sequals! Oh and one last tip, I've found that sacraficing resolution for quality looks a lot better.
I did sacrifice resolution for quality in my last movie, "The Legomatrix", but the main complaint I had was that it was too small.
I think it's all a matter of preference, some people like it small and looking nicer, some people like it bigger even if they notice the pixelation more.
Motion was something I had a problem with. The Clay people have a very dynamic motion range, but the Clocks and the Sprites? I couldn't figure out how to get them to move any better than they did, I mean, they were pretty solid characters.
The animation style changes with each episode, so you might actually like Part 3 the best.
Thanks for the feedback!
I've given up keeping this update to date, just check my latest games!
